Cloudure Warranty Conditions
Article 1 – Legal Warranty
All products from Cloudure are covered by the legal conformity warranty of 2 years from the date of purchase, in accordance with EU Directive 2019/771. During this period, Cloudure is responsible for products that do not conform to the agreement.
Article 2 – Commercial Warranty
In addition to the legal warranty, Cloudure offers a commercial service warranty of 1 year on material and manufacturing defects. This means that we handle warranty claims more flexibly within the first year.
Article 3 – What is Covered by the Warranty
- Defects in materials (tears, loose seams, etc.)
- Manufacturing defects that occur with normal use
- Deviations from product specifications
Article 4 – What is Not Covered by the Warranty
- Normal wear and tear from use
- Damage due to improper use or maintenance
- Damage from washing at the wrong temperature
- Stains, odors, or discoloration from use
- Damage from modifications made to the product
Article 5 – Burden of Proof
Within the first 12 months after purchase, Cloudure must demonstrate that the defect did not exist at the time of delivery. After 12 months, the burden of proof lies with the consumer.
Article 6 – Submitting a Warranty Claim
Contact us at sales@cloudure.nl with:
- Your order number
- A description of the defect
- Photos of the defect
We aim to respond within 3 working days.
Article 7 – Resolution
For a valid warranty claim, we offer the following options:
- Replacement of the product
- Repair of the product
- Refund of the purchase amount
Article 8 – Legal Rights
These warranty conditions do not affect the legal rights of the consumer. For more information about your rights, we refer to the European Consumer Directive 2019/771.
