Payment Terms Cloudure

Article 1 – Available Payment Methods
Cloudure offers the following payment methods:

• iDEAL
• Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Postepay)
• Bancontact
• iDEAL in3
• Klarna

Article 2 – Payment
All payments are processed via Mollie, a certified payment service provider. Payments must be made at the time of ordering. Your order will only be processed after receipt of payment.

Article 3 – Transaction Fees
Transaction fees of 2% are charged by the payment service provider on some payment methods. These fees are clearly displayed during checkout.

Article 4 – Security
All payments are processed via a secure SSL connection. Cloudure does not have access to your payment details. Mollie complies with the PSD2 directive and is certified according to PCI DSS.

Article 5 – Klarna Pay Later
When paying via Klarna, the terms of Klarna apply. You pay later within the period set by Klarna. Cloudure is not responsible for the terms of Klarna.

Article 6 – In3 Installment Payment
When paying via iDEAL in3, you pay in 3 installments. The first installment is paid immediately, and the remaining installments follow automatically. iDEAL in3 performs a credit check.

Article 7 – Non-Payment
In case of non-payment, Cloudure reserves the right to cancel the order and charge any collection costs in accordance with the Collection Costs Act.

Article 8 – Applicable Law
Dutch law applies to all payment transactions. In case of disputes, you can contact the Disputes Committee or the European ODR platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
